How to Play

    Start a round

    Each game has 3 mystery footballers. The 2-minute clock starts when you tap Start Round.

    Ask yes/no questions

    Ask as many as you like in plain English: “Is he Brazilian?”, “Has he played in Serie A?”, “Is he under 25?”

    Type less, ask faster

    No need to type the whole question. Type “Chelsea” and tap a suggestion like “Does he play for Chelsea?” — or tap one of the question buttons under the box.

    Get honest answers

    Answers come from our football database. If we can’t answer reliably, you’ll see “Don’t know”.

    Use hints if you're stuck

    Hints unlock partway through a round. They get stronger as you go — and cost more points.

    Guess any time

    Switch to Make Your Guess and type a name. Wrong guesses don’t stop the clock — keep going.

  7. 7

    Beat the clock

    Solve it and the round ends instantly. Run out of time and the player stays hidden — reveal them, or let them come back in a later game.

    Challenge friends

    Share your result and friends get the same players in the same order.
